WO Rebecca has recovered well enough to return to work to complete her medical posting in Kathmandu.

We rejoice at His mercies and goodness and thank the Lord for your prayers.

Do continue to pray that His protection to be upon her to complete her assignment and for a safe passage home.

Update 7/Jul.

WO Rebecca has been discharged from hospital since 4/Jul and is now resting at her apartment in Kathmandu with continue care from Franklin and Sapana and the good folks from Interserve.

Still have side effects from the anti-biotics she has to take.

Please do continue to pray for her.

“Dear officers, parents and members,

Becky is feeling much better today and able to walk about though still weak. Likely she will be discharged tomorrow.

Still need 5 – 7 days before she’s fit to travel.

Still not sure of our plan when to bring her back.

Our family is thankful for all your prayers and His faithfulness.”

Update 2/Jul on WO Rebecca’s conditions.

She has no appetite to eat as she’s vomitting due to the coughing. Only beverage diet.

He mother, LT Karen Ho, probably have to go over to Kathmandu if her condition is still not improving. Currently awaiting visa approval.

Warrant Officer Rebecca Choy who’s on sabbatical leave and currently in Kathmandu, Nepal on her medical placement for 2 months since mid of June has contracted pneumonia last night. 🙁
